College is are Good Phun

According to someone willing to ask, 60 percent of the students who hang out at four-year colleges…approve of President Obama.

74 percent of the students working on their masters in unemployment, also thought President Obama was pretty cool…while 85 percent of the community college students asked, said President Palin was “doable”.

College!  It’s all fun and games until someone gets a low draft number.

Turn Left at the Incubator Baby

Posted in News, politics, activism, anti war, impeachment, journalism, The Homeland, media, change, apathy, Washington State Blogs with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on March 31, 2011 by lens1

Even though I’m no script writer for the Homeland, I think I’ve read this screenplay before.  The non-existent incubator babies of Kuwait that brought us to Iraq back in 1990, are now luring us to Libya, because we don’t want to save the incubator babies of West Virginia.

So essentially, what President Obama is doing, is reworking the script from the original Iraq movie and enhancing it with a new coalition of the willing.

This new coalition of the willing includes CIA information obtained from defectors, Ed Schultz, and Jennifer Aniston as a much younger Judith Miller.

Stop me if you’ve ever heard Colin Powell say the same things before.

Stop me if Ed Schultz doesn’t sound just like Colin’s Powell in 2003.

Where’s Rep. Conyers and his fake threats of impeachment now?

Stop paying your taxes like GE, that’ll get their attention.

Who for New FBI Director?

Posted in politics with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on March 30, 2011 by lens1

The FBI needs a new director and the Homeland needs a new direction.  But who will take this job on?

Will ‘who‘  free Leonard Peltier and Bradley Manning?

Will ‘who‘ be able to get at the truth behind Trump’s fake birth certificate?

The Homeland is rife with criminals, crime scenes and birfers.  Most of which, Robert Mueller has ignored, because arresting your accomplices is a tricky business.

So will ‘who‘ step up?

Can ‘who’ punch some lying liars in the mouth?  Will ‘who‘ arrest the previously un-arrestable?  Should ‘who‘ take down the DOJ, the CIA, the NSA and any swinging dick in the Pentagon?  ‘Who’s‘ gonna put Bush on trial, right next to Obama.  Si?

Who‘ is going to fight for the Teabangers right to be locked away in the FEMA Camps?  Who I ask…who?

Will ‘who‘ protect the right of the progressive Democrat Twitter’ers’…to Twitter their support for the dead — yet free, Iraqi/Pakistani/Vietghani/Yemini/Libyani/Palestini/Central Americani and or the Obama torture victims?

Who‘?  No one, that’s who.

On the bright side, I hear the job comes with a foamy head,  Arianna Huffington, a black SUV and free beer.  Of course the order of which these perks make their appearance…is a closely guarded secret.

Who made ‘who‘?  ‘Who’ paid John Yoo? Ain’t nobody told you?

I mean…if you made them and they made you…’who‘ picked up the middle and who made ‘who‘?

It’s an age old and somewhat confusing question.

Hell Hath No Fury Like a Confused Patriot

Posted in activism, apathy, change, environment, journalism, media, Northwest Politics, politics, seattle, The Homeland, Washington State, Washington State Blogs with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on March 27, 2011 by lens1

Patriots of the Homeland come in all sizes, colors and sexual orientation.  However, trying to get the patriots of the Homeland to agree on any two items of self-interest, is about as easy as bribing Newt Gingrich into wearing a condom.

The 27 years worth of funding for the pretend wars against poverty, racial inequality and Reagan’s wide stance against torture, is the same as the amount of funding spent during the 12 seconds it takes President Obama, to decide who to attack next.

It’s a bunch.

Maybe if the governors of Michigan and Wisconsin were former tyrants who worked for the CIA?  Well, anarchy is just a dream on Portland Indy Media, now isn’t it.

Like many patriots, the dreams of my father didn’t made any sense.  He was more afraid of recycled sewage, than he was of nuclear power/waste/spent fuel or the Nuclear Engineers in Richland, Washington.

As if by some miracle, so is the entire Kitsap Peninsula.

Biosolids are now more scary than the last paragraph of Karen Dorn Steele’s article — about the Columbia Generating Station.  Yes, biosolids are now more frightening than Muslims, or any of the earth ending nuclear weapons waste, that currently finds itself kinda semi-safely stored…above the fault lines at Hanford.

I also hear that Sarah Palin has a Journalism degree, Saddam had CIA WMD’s and a gang of 80 year-olds, couldn’t possibly break into the nuclear weapons storage area at Bangor.

Yadda yadda yadda, etc. etc. etc.

Hell hath no fury!, like a confused…like a, um, a guy who…is that
donut porn?

Many Reservations

Posted in activism, apathy, change, hope, politics, Puritanicalville, The Homeland, Washington State Blogs with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on March 26, 2011 by lens1

Our reservations are many, our intentions are clear.

Our old reservations are as new in their wisdom, as our new reservations grow old in theirs.

We reserve the right to police the world because we will not
employ our own.

Detroit is to Pine Ridge, as Iraq is to South Central.

Casinos are like Libya, al-Qaeda could be Wyandot.

Our reservations are many, we fear because we forgot.

I’ve got reservations now they’ve got reservations.

Reservations.  How many you got?

Society of Jesus Apologises, Obama Hires Psycho

I heard the confused progressives of the Twitterverse were waiting for just one more Bush-like action from Obama, before making the switch from a California Merlot, to a Northwest Syrah.

Their sacrifice is as heartwarming as it is overwhelming.

The Society of Jesus!, Oregon Province, after being caught with their pants down one time too many, has asked for forgiveness and offered a $166 million dollar settlement to more than 500 victims of Jesuit sexual abuse.  Most of this particular group of survivors are First Alaskan and First American.

You know what “they” say, if at first the genocide doesn’t succeed and you’ve run out of places to hide your sexually deviant Priests…

Because one time is too fucking many.

Thankfully President Obama is a master strategist.  He makes no apologies.  War is hell, but since his many wars make a shit load of money for those who profit from them…he might as well hire a CIA/Army/torturing psycho Psychologist, to serve on a new task force called ‘Enhancing the Psychological Well-Being of The
Military Family
.’

That there’s code for…since Mitchell and Jessen got away with it, we might as well see what kind of wine the progressive democrats will drink next.

It’s a good day to be a Bush drunk progressive, no?

Maybe a Dingo Sent the Anthrax?

Posted in activism, apathy, change, impeachment, journalism, media, politics, Puritanicalville, The Homeland, torture, Washington State Blogs with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on March 25, 2011 by lens1

Over at Wired, I read an epic and sweeping tale about Bruce Ivans’ love for women’s clothing, kiddie porn and his ability to weaponize anthrax.

Why?  Because Noah Shachtman channeled James A. Michener.
That’s why.

Except of course, Bruce couldn’t weaponize anthrax and Noah’s novella left me wanting.  How Noah, how!?, was Ralph Steed able to enslave Nyuk Tsin, while John Blackthorne just wanted to love the beautiful Lady Mariko?

I guess it’s all somehow related to Watergate and the Turlock family…the original Teabangers of the Homeland.

If I were forced to write a far shorter version of Noah’s novella, I’d say look harder at the neoconservatives in the Obama Administration. Whether or not you can ignore my less than a firm grasp of how exactly, the English language ‘is are’ used in the written form…is entirely up to you.

English is indeed spoken here, but several hundred million of us use the popular Palin version…which was taught to us in school districts that lacked funding and indoor plumbing.

The lack of indoor plumbing and school district funding, can be directly traced to the wars against drugs, foreigners and common sense.  Lockheed Martin, Boeing and AT&T get theirs…and we certainly got ours.

Teabangers fear Obama just might be the second coming of a far more liberal Bill Clinton.  Progressive Democrats fear that Obama’s love for war, torture, corporate welfare and the screwing around with Miranda…might be taken at face value.

If over 60 percent of polled Homelandians who were polled thought that our Libya action was a good thing, well then…I’d say that there’s a good chance that Texas can prove that the Bible is about 9,000 years shy of a full deck.

Thanks Texas!

Like the FBI agents who were wrong about those Saudi’s taking flight lessons for the CIA, we can probably learn a thing or two by just looking inward and or backwards.

It may be that we just can’t tell our Michener’s from our Shachtman’s, or our Clavell’s from our Rumsfeld’s.  Or maybe we just can’t tell our Army Anthrax Attacks for Iraq, from our almost virgin like Watergate.

Or quite possibly, maybe a dingo sent the anthrax.

Portable Cone of Silence Leads to Stuff

Posted in activism, apathy, change, journalism, media, News, politics, Spokane, The Homeland, torture, Washington State Blogs with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on March 23, 2011 by lens1

This just in from the White House…a portable cone of silence is too easy to remember.  So, when President Obama is traveling and considering who to attack next, he must do so from the relative comfort and safety of a ‘Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility’.

In all fairness, President Bush called his portable cone
of silence — Bubba…

The portable cone of silence has led to many Homeland decisions that in hindsight, now seem particularly stupid.

The Iraq invasion and subsequent torture of illegal POW’s at Abu Ghraib, were two out of about 197 such decisions, made in portable cones of silence.  Interestingly enough, the secret decisions on where to stash the dangerous GE Mark I reactors throughout the Homeland, were made in an earlier and decidedly gayer version of the cone of silence…at the Bohemian Grove.

It’s like I’m channeling Glenn Beck’s crack team of writers or something.

Fort Huachuca!

Roasted a Bowl with Bin Laden

Fort H!  Military intelligence!  Oxymoron!

Today’s top key word search at the V-Lens is ‘Afghan-Mujahideen!

The winner of today’s top key word search goes to, the Army’s Intelligence training center at Fort Huachuca!  In Arizona!

Why does Arizona still have an internet connection?

I’m guessing the Army is searching the V-Lens for teachable moments, so that those moments can be ignored at the Army’s Intelligence training center at Fort Huachuca.  Because teachable CIA/Afghan-Mujahideen moments…only come along like every 3 weeks.

Since the boys at ‘Fort H‘ are searching for information on the Afghan-Mujahideen, I thought this would be the perfect time to introduce y’all to Rep. Norm Dicks.  He’s a Democrat.  He supports war, torture, the FISA Amendment Act and I think he may have smoked a little hashish with Bin Laden and Rep. Charlie Wilson…back in the day.

Norm doesn’t light up much anymore, but he is quite handy at blowing smoke up the asses of anyone who’ll vote for him.

Anyway…when you guys get done connecting the dots from the Afghan Mujahideen to Dicks, Bin Laden, the CIA and today’s AfPakistanian contractor jobs for profit, check out your buddy Bruce Jessen, who’s probably hiding with a cult in Utah…from his torture connections to Fort H, Spokane and Obama’s Bush.

Ehren Watada got half of it right.  What the fuck is wrong with the rest of you?
