Report: Drove past Novoselic's place on the way to Astoria where I hear Lila Drake opened a second, different named shop. I hadn't been to Astoria since Josh Brolin was around 30, but I don't recall all of the breweries here. Which probably speaks volumes about my park ranger years, so why camp there? Kentucky, I guess. I mean, we have a crazy-interesting colonizer history here in the PNW -- scratch a Weyerhaeuser mill and you'll find stories. But Kentucky. I keep running into Timothy Olyphant on zombie shows, Conan, The Office, HBO westerns and my favorite Kentucky reference filmed in California...Justified. I'm using an accent right now as a matter of fact. Anyway.
