The Case for PBR

November 24, 2008

Beacon Hill. Bar fight!! Feelings were hurt, bottles were smashed over heads. Shit happens right? Go here for more details.

Incidents like these could be avoided in the future, if Tim Eyman were to put forth a PBR Cans Only Initiative. No bottles…no troubles right? I’m available Tim, if you want any more initiative ideas.

Pabst Blue Ribbon is indeed cool again, Tim needs something to do and I will use any excuse to get this video “out there,” again and again and God Damn it….again!

Vodpod videos no longer available.

Stimulating Big Packages

November 23, 2008

Loads of talk about stimuli, packages and big packages this weekend.

Nancy Pelosi on Face the Nation, said this package should be aimed and added that economists concur with her stance on said package. Several economists have also called for a big package and growth.

Senator Chuck Schumer is also down with the stimulus. Chuck had this to say on ABC’s This Week, “I believe we need a pretty big package here,” as well as “I think it has to be deep.”

Here’s to hoping they include left wing, lying photographers in this massive, stimulating package.

Weapons not food, not homes, not shoes, not need. Rally round the family….

Important Crap Aside…

November 22, 2008

Sure things are bad and getting worse by the hour….but all that aside. I’m kind of liking the fact that in two Youtube addresses, President Obama “appears” to be talking to us, not at us and as an added bonus, he is able to speak words we can all easily understand.

It’s almost like a refreshing spring shower…or a walk in the park with a loved one, followed by a heavy petting session. No?

45 Years for Being Funny

November 21, 2008

Zarganar pictured above, is a popular comedian in Burma. Catch that? In Burma. Kudos just for that.

He has been sentenced to 45 years in prison for being much funnier than Dennis Miller and because he violated the “Electronics Act” there in Burma. Sound familiar? Zarganar has been very active in the struggle for Democracy in his country and evidently, made fun of too many Generals while he was at it.

Read the entire article right here.

Dennis Miller should thank his dusty wallet condom, that he has not found himself in a President Obama hard labor camp for dissenters.

Perhaps a prisoner swap is in order? Miller for Zarganar?

Cooties?

November 20, 2008

A video of the fallen Bush being ignored at the G20 Summit. No big surprise there. But we get to listen to Rick Sanchez for like a whole minute. Yes he says cooties. Cooties? I don’t know Rick…maybe it has more to do with war crimes, lies, death and plain old fashioned, gut level disgust.

Here’s to hoping that people like Henry Rollins and maybe Dan Savage, become our “go to” sources for news and information.

Cooties for fucks sakes.
