Pandemonium in Pullman

February 16, 2008

Pullman, WSU you know I love ya. I drank there, I “met” many nice Cougar girls there over the years…I even saw a few shows at Beasley, Motley Crue in ’91? Great show. I’ve even taken on your Craig Ehlo and Sherman Alexie in hoops. Sherman was fast and could write 5 short novels while attempting a lay up. Craig? Well, let’s just say he can’t write. Wow.

But back to this pandemonium. Pandemonium caused by a sold out Elton John concert. Befouling of capitalism? Ticket scalping? Disrespected alumni? Jesus, Daily Evergreen! Drink a lentil smoothie and relax. I wonder what the University of Washington will do with this Elton John insanity. Should make for a “whimsical” Apple Cup next year.

So lets chalk this up to say, a drunken Coach Price night and remember, there are some issues out in the big scary world that you kids and alumni might want to focus on.

The writers have returned! This is good news. If all goes as planned, Americans should not have to be bothered with any unhappy or fact based news and events. Just good thought free TV and shopping!

A Ferry Telenovela

February 14, 2008

Full of mystery, intrigue, bad decision making and sex? OK no sex. Yes it’s the continuing saga of our State Ferry system. No one has been killed yet, but Tim Eyman is working as fast as he can. I’ve added way too many links, but go ahead and peek at a few, it’s a fun eye opener. Kind of like Tim. There is nothing new here for the veteran ferry rider, but for you ferry virgins and next summers tourist throngs, look closely. Or just stay home.

Start watching for the Dino Rossi/Luke Esser joint press release. Who will they blame for this ferry debacle? Who will reap the wrath of the dynamic duo of election bamboozlement? Liberal voters, Bill Clinton or Governor Gregoire? Personally, I’m pretty sure Washington State Parks is somehow to blame.

John Conyers Begins Impeachment Hearings for….

February 13, 2008

The Impeacher

Shaun Alexander of the Seattle Seahawks. Rep. Conyers agreed to finally begin the impeachment process of the former “down the field” running back, who in 2005 rushed for 1880 yards and this year ran sideways and backwards for a disappointing 716 yards. Coach Holmgren said this morning, “if Shaun can’t figure out which way to run, for 62 million….. then I am all for Rep. Conyers stepping in….and running with it.”
When asked about more pressing issues and or “people” that just might need his impeachment attention, Congressman Conyers reiterated his support for getting to the bottom of the whole steroid mess in baseball. ” That God Damn Clemens should burn in hell for what he has done to the game!” He continued, “my good friend Rep. Waxman has nothing but time on his hands. He will get to the bottom of this crime.”

Nothing but time…..

Vortex of Dishonesty?

Worm hole of thievery? Gaping wound of lunacy? What the hell is going on Washington State GOP? Your chair of the party, Luke Esser was not only drinking the kool-aid of stupidity he evidently was swimming naked in a large vat of it.

So thanks to Luke, Dino Rossi now has to share the stolen election limelight with Gore, Kerry and Huckabee. Nice work Luke. For in depth coverage of the ongoing Republican Stolen Election, 2008! wander on over to the ass. Then check in here and last but not least, back over here!

Thanks again Luke, you make it fun…..

Preparing for Peace Activists….

February 11, 2008

With overwhelming force. Is that a new super secret Bush policy? Well probably, but this preparing for peace activists with force happened last year in Aberdeen/Hoquiam of Washington State fame.

Last May in Aberdeen, there was fear in the air. You could almost smell it. Rumors flew. You see, the sleepy towns of Aberdeen/Hoquiam were soon to be invaded and the Aberdeen Police Department had to act. It had to spend some money. It entrusted Captain John Greene with the task of money spending and a much more difficult, secretive operation. The protection of the Grays Harbor area, from an invasion force of unknown, scary and casually dressed peace activists.

This revising of history and the wild tales of doom and gloom was recently hatched by Captain Green and regurgitated for your reading pleasure by the The Daily World , an up and coming contender for the much coveted “Mis-Information Award”. This award is handed out to media outlets on an almost daily basis, for doing their best to make stuff up and then report on it as if it were actual, news. The Daily World is giving The Olympian an excellent run for its money this go around!

So good on ya Captain Green! Congratulations on being chosen the 2008, Aberdeen Police Officer of the year.

I leave you blog reader with a quote and a message from the Captain, “The citizens in our community may never realize how bad it could have been.” Wow. Thanks for that Capt. John, it was indeed a close one.

But I’m left to wonder how bad could it have been Captain Green? Yeah, I think any one of your guys, or the State Patrol, or the Grays Harbor County Sheriffs Department, or Elma PD, or Homeland Security, or Hoquiam PD, or Security Services NW, or Seattle PD or the King County “specialist” or one of the two Washington State Parks Campground Hosts, could have “engaged” the “targets” the casually dressed peace activists in mortal combat.

Maybe your department could let us know, just how bad you thought it could have been? Captain.

John Ashcroft Lives!

February 10, 2008

Ashcroft’s Sorry

And speaks! John talks and walks the company line. Johnny also has memory and truthfulness issues. John scoffed and possibly coughed at the idea of warrant free wiretapping from his hospital bed a few years back. These days…he sings the praises of all things George like someone who just got paid. You guys! Why even hide this shit anymore? Am I right! High fives all around!

Anyway…..words from John at his recent gig below, followed by words of wisdom from…..not John.

“I would simply say this: It is never too early to fight to defend freedom, and it is much better to fight them there than it is to fight them here.” President Bush, “respects liberty so profoundly that he has protected it and has safeguarded civil liberties more than any other president in wartime that I know of.” Thanks John!

America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter, and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.
Abraham Lincoln

Preventive war was an invention of Hitler. Frankly, I would not even listen to anyone seriously that came and talked about such a thing.

Dwight D. Eisenhower

Repetition does not transform a lie into a truth.

Franklin D. Roosevelt

Our country is now geared to an arms economy bred in an artificially induced psychosis of war hysteria and an incessant propaganda of fear.
