Hurling through time immemorial
This tiny rock that we find ourselves on will continue to do so
No matter how many fires we start
That can’t ever be put out
It doesn’t matter what we do it, this tiny rock will hurl on with
Or without us
No matter what we do to it
No matter the profit wars
No matter the nekkid’ body scanners that need constant replacement
It should matter
But it doesn’t
This is why Bill Nye has moved on from his “Science Guy” moniker
To become “The Anti-Creationist Guy”…
Because this rock will hurl on with
Or without us
And it ought to matter
