Another rocker has moved on to the next gig somewhere in the cosmos…
Back in the day, Dio had to be played at any party that was worth a shit. Dio always blasted from many a car cruising the “Gut” back in Vancouver, Washington.
Dio always seemed to be present during most every make out session with my high school girlfriends…and It never felt crowded.
Dio’s music still plays in the background of those great memories. Thanks man.

The Vigilant Lens 
Many will just dismiss Ronnie as another joke from the metal era. He was the real deal and has been since day one. By all accounts a great guy who treated everyone with respect. He and Black Sabbath shaped the music we hear today, no getting around that. Only the good die young and Ronnie was still a powerful vocalist. He will be remembered.

But what can we expect from today’s mega business model which translates to less talent and more money for the suits…
Which translates again into Miley Cyrus or Death Cab for Cutie: Hootie and the Blowfish lite, as I like to call them.
But Miley God damned Cyrus? Ronnie is missed already.
