That’s where the case against Bruce Olson went. Bruce is a card carrying member of the medical marijuana crowd. This of course scares the Holy Spirit out of some people. Like the people who inhabit Homeland Security, the Kitsap County Prosecutors office and the ever paranoid West Sound Narcotics Enforcement Team.
The jury in Port Orchard has acquitted Bruce of manufacturing marijuana and possession with the intent to deliver. It appears the times are indeed a changin.

Now, if we can just get the Dept. of Homeland Security to recognize that people desire to govern themselves.
