I totally understand Carol. I live on the Sound/Straits and if you don’t look for some of the info on the Victoria sewage “dumping”…well, most folks around here have no idea. The Seattle issue was due to a storm that overwhelmed the facility, bad planning and engineering too I suppose. But still it flows as well. The whales? They’ve been battling our water sickness for so long–seems everything is catching up.
Thank you for the background information, Al. Your posts are always a wake-up call about the magnitude of global catastrophe that goes unreported. I’m grateful for that, but the small things I can do feel so insignificant.
