I tell ya Peter, I like to think I’m somewhat informed, albeit I am a self-described surface scratcher, (so many topics, so little time) but I guess I was a little taken aback at the amount of water and natural resources that can be saved by one person going vegan. And! This seems so much easier to do than my endless raging against the war machine.
