Wrong Holiday, Wrong Message, Perfect Senator
Hi Homeland, my name is Dino Rossi. I’m attempting to replace Senator Patty Murray. I am a used condo salesman and two-time failed goobernatorial candidate for the great state of Washington. In my mind, the 4th of July is really about Memorial Day…Memorial Day and troop support via our freedom wars against Saudi Arabia, Germany and the Philippines.
Remember Homelandians, when I’m Senator, I’ll make sure every holiday appears to be about whatever the fuck it is I say it is. Freedom is ours!
Representative Norm Dicks, also from the great state of Washington had this to say about Dino and his wrong holiday spewage for freedom…
- “I have incredible confidence in this surge,” Dicks said as the U.S. sends an additional 30,000 troops to Afghanistan this year.
- “Obama made a 10-strike with Petraeus,” Dicks said. “We have to give Petraeus his shot. He has about a year to show progress.”
- “The basic reason we are there is this is where al-Qaida planned 9/11,” he said, adding that if the U.S. withdrew, “they would move right back in and plan new attacks on the U.S.”
There you have it! Dino is no worse and certainly no better, than any retarded, wrong nation invading/building Democrat.
Pay no attention to the fat man behind the K Street curtain and remember, if the Homeland withdrew, the Military Industrial Complex would never have been born.

The Vigilant Lens 
Ongoing post 911 militarism, where a quiet guilt about not serving or having a draft is answered by a round of “Thanks for your service”.
Where the National Guard is deployed overseas well beyond any emergency phase of operations.
Where any patriotic holiday becomes Veteran’s (Not Armistice) Day or Memorial Day.
Where we are led to believe that overseas military operations are somehow linked to American rights and freedoms.
Where we tell our kids they can grow up to do anything they want to- except sip a cold one at age 20, or create American jobs by producing Industrial Hemp.

Dino is the poster child for the wannabe Norm Dicks’…and Dino don’t know dick. Norm knows dick, but his is owned by Boeing, GE and the various Blackwaters/Pentagon’s of the world…even while he promotes his friendlier, environmentally aware side.
In Norms district, pot is illegal, the Border Patrol still patrols and his beloved Hood Canal is an oxygen free zone with one of the largest nuckleer weapons stockpiles in the world residing on the canals shores.

It’s true. The people who go along with the lies do make it possible for people like Rossi’s family to have their freedoms. They should thank them. But I can think of a whole lot of ways that would be a fuck-ton better than blowing off a bunch of firecrackers.
