This ladies and gentlemen is why every kid starts out thinking cops are superheroes and then they reach a day when they realize cops are the biggest villains on the planet. Even if not all of them are villains it makes no difference because a single villain with that much power and that little accountability is enough to make the whole exercise a waste.

These days, if a recruit during the interview/early brainwashing sessions of attempting to join (add your favorite LE entity here) were to actually say they wanted to be a cop because they just wanted to help people?…
Said recruit would be shown the door, ridiculed, detained and strip searched for being a terrorist sympathizer.
Just not in that exact order.

Like the war on drugs and the wars on other assorted stuff…the Teabangers do not operate in anything that resembles reality. This is why they get so much attention from the liberally conservative media elite.
Nice to hear the crowds at the market are not all Morgan Hill weekend homeowner warriors…but I am a bit of a glass half empty kind O human. Shocking I know!!
