Pat, meet Deputy Chris Sturdivant of the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, in the great sweaty state of Louisiana.  Deputy Livingston is a “highly trained professional” who just held on to a guys head until the thrashing stopped.  He killed Adam Stogner for being an addict who refused to spit something out of his mouth.
