There really is no condom of justice that can contain Norm Dicks.  Norm could be blamed for the Taliban, bin Laden, the dirty French plane makers, the polluted shit hole that is Hood Canal and the fake fighters of terror, that are the Border Patrol.  But that’s neither here, no there.
