Reason for Optimism

On a recent post about an extraordinary dog that appeared to have more morals and compassion than 97% of the Bush Administration and Congress combined…..a commenter tried to assure me that us humans are not a lost cause and that perhaps, I should not give up on trying to improve the world and it’s inhabitants so easily.

I believe that “Ginger” may in fact be correct….I offer up Sandra Samuel and the story about her actions during the recent terrorist attacks in Mumbai. Go here for the article.
