Eating Cats and Blowing Smoke

One, is a slightly disconcerting festival of feline gastronomical delights. The other? That would be what a patronizing, wrap oneself in the flag, propaganda spewing arm of the Bush nightmare does…..to PDN reporters and their readers. Lets dig in!

Cat eating? Not so cool here, but in Peru…delicious. Militarized government agencies tasked with protecting the homeland? Agencies using fear of terrorist attacks to erode citizens rights? This happened in Peru with their Glorious National Intelligence Service, or SIN. How about here? Well, it used to be not so cool. We now have citizen nationality tests, being administered at mandatory checkpoints by the Border Patrol. Who are of course, a subsidiary of our Glorious Homeland Security. Or GHS….

What in the hell is my point? Well confused citizens, the only thing separating us from Peru and their dark days…..is a cat eating festival in Port Angeles.
