In a stunning blow to the Regime of W, a judge has overturned the half million dollar fine leveled against Janet Jackson’s nipple. A source from within the Division of Homeland TV Monitoring (FCC), had no comment, but did offer a warning to the judge who rendered this decision…. “He will be dealt with. The Homeland will not tolerate unregulated decision making. This subversive, unscripted act of shameful nipple sex and acts of treason by left wing judges, will not be tolerated.”
