A Glimpse at Stupid

Stupid has a name. His name is Representative Geoff Davis from Kentucky. Yes those first two sentences alone, should be proof enough of Geoff’s stupidity. But alas there is indeed more. Good ol boy Geoff had his “stupid” on real good the other day.

While Rep. Davis was speaking (hopefully slowly) to a group of donors at a fundraiser in Kentucky, Representative Geoff “stupid” Davis called Senator Obama a boy. A boy who should not have his finger on “the button.” You can read about it here if need be. (Also pay attention to the words of Senators McConnell and Bunning.)

This comes from a United States Congressman. Take his words at face value. Then go just a step further and imagine how many other people like Geoff, inhabit our Congress? Imagine what they are incapable of doing? Or more to the point, imagine what they are capable of doing?

So, in recognition that Norm Dicks and John Conyers may have to actually work with Representative Davis, I now call a two day truce on all negative Dicks/Conyers posts. You’re welcome guys.

You can be sure this idiot is not the only Congressman or Congresswoman who thinks like Geoff. You can also be fairly secure in thinking that not much will come of this. How fucking appropriate.
